Puppy To Adult Wire Crates

This is our favorite type of kennel for Crate training your new puppy! It offers them a "den-like" sanctuary where they can feel safe and also observe whats going on with you and their family in the home. We suggest purchasing a crate like this that comes with a separator to use through all stages of your puppy's first year as they grow! We suggest a crate that is 25 inches tall or taller for your Mini Goldendoodle or Labradoodle. The crate in the link to the right is the size that we suggest will be most comfortable for your full grown doodle.

Crate Accessories

These crate bowls that hang in the kennel are nice to have so your puppy's food and water is off the floor. This gives your puppy more room in his crate thus making less messes.

A replacement crate floor tray is nice to have on hand if your dirty one needs a good washing! Or for if you just want to start with a new fresh one!

These types of puppy pads are our favorite because of the material they are made out of! The brands with the fluffy absorbent material (that looks like cotton ball material) is not good for a puppy who maybe tempted to tear it apart. It gets everywhere, like the stuffing inside a stuffed animal!  The puppy pad brands we have listed are not as simple for your puppy to rip and definitely not as messy!

Puppy Gates! We have had both and like both types! "The easy walk through" Regalo brand is good at the top of the stairs or for anywhere you don't want to be stepping over the gate. The "Positions and Lock" types of gates are great if you don't mind swinging one leg over to get to where you're going without taking it down. :))

These crate beds are wonderful because you can get the correct size to fit perfectly inside your puppy's crate! You may want to just keep puppy pads or newspaper in the bottom of their crate the first month though until their bladders are large enough to keep their crate area clean.

A crate cover like this is nice for night time or "quiet time" as to help them not be distracted and help them fall asleep easier. This tarp like material is great because they aren't able to grab it and pull it through into the crate like they would a blanket or a towel.

Beds

These Dog beds are all great options for your puppy! The reasons we like a raised or elevated dog bed is: they have breathable fabric that allows air to circulate around all angles of your dog keeping your dog cool. Assembly is not difficult.

For measurement purposes, keep in mind that your Mini Goldendoodle or Labradoodle could be as tall as 25 inches from paw to top of head and as long as 35 inches long.
